BME OMIKK is committed to provide high quality services in all fields of its activity. For this reason

  • describes all procedures and projects in details,
  • supervises quality documents regularly;
  • analyzes environment and performance of the organization;
  • conducts user demand and satisfaction surveys;
  • pays attention to users with special needs;
  • conducts employees satisfaction surveys;
  • evaluates performance and competences of staff members, including heads of departments regularly.
