Bring one of the bridges of the Bridge Model Competition to life with your team. Join us and plan a real or magical moment of the selected bridge model that you can arrange later in the library’s Main Reading Room.
Details on the application
- For the challenge, we provide 5 different bridge models that can be viewed in the library’s Main Reading Room.
- Send us a plan about the theme and environment of the particular bridge, the position of vehicles, figures, etc. We accept visual or written plans as well. The main conception is the clear presentation of the idea. Please send your plans to this e-mail address: konyvtar.rendezveny@bme.hu
- Besides the bridges, you must provide the tools yourself to be able to carry out your plan. You can use any tool that you think is necessary for your plan regarding the maquette’s capacity.
- In the first place, we accept team applications. Creative work is encouraging 😊
- Among the entered plans the best will be chosen by the library’s Instagram and Facebook community.
- Deadline for submission of plans: November 19, 2023
Exhibition
The winning teams will be able to carry out their plans in practice. The bridge models can be viewed by anyone in the Main Reading Room until the end of the spring semester.
